No Knead Bread? A Success!







So my first attempt at home of No Knead Bread was a delicious success. The crust is crunchy and the crumb airy and slightly chewy. Just what I wanted. After waiting the mandatory 15 minutes, I immediately sliced into it. A little butter...delicious.
