It's officially day 4.
I've spent some very busy days with Jhanine and Diamond, and Jacci and Phillip (her sister and brother in law) visiting from Los Angeles. They arrived about 45 min before my flight touched down. My flight was 30 min early. We spent Saturday grocery shopping for the Memorial day BBQ on Sunday. Then after a quick dinner of turkey hotdogs, I went to the Red Rock hotel and casino to watch the UFC fight at the Rocks Lounge. Afterwards I sat at the PaiGow table to play a little and came away with a small win. Yeah! It's always nice to start off the vacation a little up$$. Sunday we prepped for the BBQ. I got to finally meet some of Jhanine's new friends and catch up with some I haven't seen since last year. Everything went really well. Yesterday we took it easy. We watched TV and napped. Later, Jacci, Phillip and I went to watch the movie Date Night at the Suncoast after dinner at the Cheesecake factory. Dinner was not great. (Usually the Cheesecake factory is pretty good) The movie was funny. A little too unbelievable, but funny to see all the recognizable faces in the various small parts. Hopefully tonight I'll get to the Rio or Bellagio.
